After publishing my Weight Loss Success book, I realized that I needed to create a companion journal and workbook for anyone who’s trying to lose weight.

When I was on my own weight loss journey, I had multiple small notebooks, , journals, charts on the wall, and pieces of paper taped to my cupboards.

So, I compiled everything I learned into this practical journal that’s a manual and workbook all-in-one.

You don’t have to use all the sections.

They are there to help you along the path to success.

The journal and workbook include 12 weeks’ worth of tables to help you track your progress to reach your weight loss goal.

And, after the 12-weeks are finished, if you find it helpful, you can get another workbook to continue tracking and journaling your progress.

Once you reach your goal weight, you can look back on all that you’ve written and learned along the way.

FAQ

Intermittent fasting is choosing to only eat during specific times of the day.

Historically, humans have endured times of feasting and famine. When there is a lot of food available, we can store the extra energy as fat which can be used up later during times of scarcity.

Stored fat is actually amazing! It is good to have some extra fat on our bodies, but too much fat is harmful.

I can help you learn more about this during our weekly coaching calls.

NO! Counting calories is tedious! I’m sure you have done it so many times over the years.

You will only needed to count calories at the very beginning to estimate how fast you want to lose the weight.

When I remembered how many years/decades it took to gain my weight, I knew it would take time for my body to adjust its cells as I started to lose the weight.

Once I stopped the steady supply of carbs/sugar, I started to use up my stored energy (stored fat).

I assumed there would be ups and downs, so I allowed myself more time to lose the weight. 

I also got into “maintenance mode” when I still had 20 lbs left to lose so I would already have good habits established.

From what I have been learning and what I have experienced over the decades, we can’t exercise-away a bad diet…we can’t out-run our dinner plate.

Most diet and weight loss books will talk about calories in, calories out…needing to exercise to lose weight or exercising to “work off” and justify the food we overeat.

In the past, I have tried to combine starting a diet and starting to get in shape and it never worked well.

My solution was to focus on the weight loss first. This improved my health and made me WANT to exercise more. 

I had more energy already from losing the extra weight so exercise became easier to include into my daily routine.

I will give you many more tips and ideas as to what worked for me.

I have 50+ years of sugar addiction experience and 39 years of yo-yo dieting experience!

I have helped start/lead multiple weight loss support groups in the past 30 years and helped individuals with their weight loss journeys.

I finally found the solution that worked for permanently keeping the weight off and curing my sugar cravings. 

I wrote about my results in my book, Weight Loss Success which is available on Amazon.

And now I am offering weight loss coaching to help people like you find a permanent solution to weight loss!
